At NOCTIS 25, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of payment confirmation. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time: Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed and sent within 1 week.
How to Request: Enter your Order ID below. You can find your Order ID in the payment confirmation email sent to you after purchase.
Non-Refundable: Items that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
